The Bollywood – IA Cricket Mela , held on Saturday, 23 May 2026 brought families, players, volunteers, and friends together for a memorable day at NAIS Ground, Pudong Campus. From the first ball in the morning to the final trophy lift, the mela delivered live cricket, family activities, and the community spirit that makes this event special.
Beyond the cricket, the mela offered something equally meaningful: space for families to gather, children to play, and neighbours to reconnect. Between matches, the grounds were filled with gentle activity – conversations over refreshments, laughter from family-friendly games, and the easy camaraderie that comes when a community shares a day together. Volunteers moved quietly and steadily throughout, ensuring the event ran smoothly and that every guest felt welcome.
The event was graced by Shri Pratik Mathur, Consul General of India in Shanghai, whose presence and support added great encouragement and pride to the occasion. We are deeply honored and grateful for his presence and continued support towards community-led initiatives and cultural connections through sports.
